EXPORT INTERMEDIARY · KARNATAKA, INDIA

We stand between the farm gate and the foreign buyer, so neither has to guess.

BuyLinc sources coffee, spices, nuts and textiles directly from local growers and manufacturers, and connects them with verified buyers across Europe and beyond. We handle the paperwork. You handle what you're already good at.

01

How a deal moves

Three stages, from the first visit to a producer's yard to the final settlement against the letter of credit. We're present at each one.

STEP 1

We meet the producer

Our team visits farmers, estates and small manufacturers directly — coffee growers, spice traders, cashew and areca processors, handloom units — and reviews what's ready for export.

STEP 2

We structure the deal

We match the lot to a verified overseas buyer, negotiate terms, and draw up separate signed agreements with the seller and the buyer before anything ships.

STEP 3

We see it through

Certifications and compliance are arranged by the seller; we route the documentation, track the shipment, and reconcile the 30% advance and the letter of credit at closing.

02

What we trade

We start with four categories where South India already produces at export quality — and where the gap to a foreign buyer is mostly paperwork, not product.

LOT · ARABICA / ROBUSTA

Coffee

Estate and small-holder lots from Karnataka's coffee belt.

LOT · PEPPER, CARDAMOM, TURMERIC

Spices

Whole and processed spice consignments, graded at source.

LOT · CASHEW, ARECA

Nuts

Raw and processed nut shipments from regional processors.

LOT · HANDLOOM, COTTON GOODS

Textiles

Handloom and cotton goods from local manufacturing units.

Two sides of the same network

BuyLinc is built to serve both ends of the trade — a producer looking for a real overseas buyer, and a buyer looking for a producer they can trust.

For sellers

We're building relationships with buyers across Europe and other overseas markets who want direct, verifiable sourcing from Indian producers — not another anonymous listing on a marketplace.

For buyers

South India alone offers real depth across coffee, spice, nut and textile categories. We visit producers directly, so what reaches you has been seen and reviewed at source, not just listed.

Growing both sides

Every deal we close adds a verified producer on one side and a verified buyer on the other — the network gets more useful with each trade, for everyone already in it.

How a trade actually runs

ILLUSTRATIVE — SAMPLE WALKTHROUGH, NOT A COMPLETED TRANSACTION
BuyLinc is a newly formed company — here's a worked example of exactly how we'd run a real lot from source to settlement, so you can see the process before trusting us with one.

SAMPLE LOT — 500KG AA-GRADE ARABICA, CHIKMAGALUR
Week 1 — Source visitLot inspected at estate, sample drawn
Week 2 — Buyer matchTerms agreed with an overseas roastery
Week 3 — Agreements signedSeparate seller & buyer contracts filed
Week 4 — CertificationSeller completes export certification
Week 5 — Advance received30% paid, shipment released
Week 8 — SettlementLC honoured on delivery confirmation
05

How payment works

The same structure applies to every trade we broker, so both sides know exactly what to expect before signing.

PAYMENT STRUCTURE — STANDARD
Buyer payment — advance 30% upfront
Buyer payment — balance Letter of Credit
Certifications & trade costs Borne by seller
Paperwork & documentation Handled by BuyLinc
Commercial terms Discussed directly

Why 30% plus a letter of credit. The upfront share protects the seller's working capital as soon as a shipment is committed; the LC covers the remainder once goods are verified, which is standard practice for cross-border trade at this scale.

Why certifications stay with the seller. Quality and compliance certificates are specific to the producer's goods and operations — BuyLinc arranges the routing and paperwork, but the certifying cost and responsibility stay where the product is made.

Commission and pricing. BuyLinc's fee structure is discussed directly with each seller once a lot is under review — it isn't a fixed public rate, since it depends on the deal.

06

What protects both sides

Every trade is backed by two separate signed agreements, kept as record in case either side needs to prove what was agreed.

Seller agreement

Signed before goods are committed, setting out product, price and certification responsibility — kept on file for the seller's protection.

Buyer agreement

Signed separately with the buyer, covering payment schedule, LC terms and delivery obligations — independent proof of what the buyer committed to.

Independent record

Because BuyLinc holds both agreements, either party has a documented reference to fall back on if a dispute or misuse comes up later.
